Here is my dear confinement project, in which I united two of my passions: plants and watercolours, to begin my journey with Botanical illustration.
I was inspired by a book called 'A Garden Eden: Masterpieces of Botanical Illustration', a gift that my dear friend and journalist Camille Bello gave me for Christmas. I have asked her to write this text, to go along my paintings. I hope you will be inspired.

For the first two months of confinement in 2020 it was a brief moment of uncertainty but also a breeze time of fresh air: a "time travel gift" far away from the rhythm of modern life. For almost two months, I had the lovely opportunity to stay at home: breathing, unwinding, reading and painting.
